1. When can I expect to receive a backorder?
All the products in stock will be shipped the next business day after your order was paid. Your order will arrive within 4 to 5 business days. If there is an item out of stock, it may not be available to ship immediately, nevertheless backordered products will be shipped to you as soon as they are in stock.
2. How can I confirm a payment?
All payments that are processed through our website are registered and confirmed automatically by our system.
3. How do I return an item? How do I exchange an item? What are the fees?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 2 weeks of receiving your return order. All custom orders and laundered merchandise are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please call 512.212.7888 for your RAN.

Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. Please put your return, if possible, in its original box and send it prepaid via UPS, FedEx or US Mail. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged on exchange orders of up to three items and $1.00 for each additional item after that, for the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii and Alaska, please contact customer service for applicable charges.

To ensure an accurate fit, it is recommended that the chest, waist, and hips measurements are used to determine the correct size. PermaChef clothes are designed to run true to size, not extra roomy or tight fitting.
